Cafe Latte

About Me

Welcome to my little cafe! I'm a latte devotee; an enthusiastically curious freelance writer, poet, journalist, editor, newshound, artist, photographer, humorist, sports nut, foodie and baker; a cat whisperer; a celebrator of life, friendship, laughter, discovery, quotations, poetry, writing, joy, grace, compassion, kindness, prayer, peace, liberal arts and causes, editorial cartoons, "green" living, inner children and children's books, ice cream, dark chocolate and sweet things; and a lighter of all the candles I find.

What's on the menu? Cafe Latte is the place to come to find great quotes, cozy bright conversations, friendship, encouragement, inspiration, frothy good laughs, caffeinated topical comments, expresso shots, decaf reflections, tea lights, sweet and savory recipes to share, and free verse. All the tables are lit with candlelight, all the chairs are comfy, so make yourself at home, steam up a latte, an au lait, a cup of expresso or your favorite tea, and enjoy the visit! Oh, and please watch out for my cats, Winnie and Pooh Bear.

"The life I touch for good will touch another life, and that in turn another, until who knows where the trembling stops or in what far place my touch will be felt." — Frederick Buechner
