I almost made it, until my local ATM wouldn't work and kept spitting my card back at me! I told the teller it wasn't a very funny April Fool's Day prank. She got all flustered and kept insisting that it wasn't a prank, that the thing must be broken. Sure, I said, veeerrry funny.... Then why, I asked, did the screen say, "Ha, ha, ha!" when it ejected my card? You should have seen her face as she exclaimed, "IT DID?!?"

I would say that you pulled the joke on the teller! April Fool's Day is one of those days to laugh at ourselves and with others. I love a day filled with laughter. It is good for the soul!
So right! It's all in good fun, and I think we can all use more fun and laughter in our lives.

I got through the day without any pranks and I didn't play any on anybody either. Not so much fun that way, but I was happy all the way through it!
